To reset the password of your account, please head here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forgot-password and please reset your password by typing your username. You will receive a link with the reset of the password on the email associated to the account, it could take up to 30 minutes. Also make sure to check all the email folder and search PRO Team in case you won't find it. Once you will have to choose your password, please make sure to select an alphanumerical password (Characters allowed from A to Z and 0 to 9) Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions.
