Every so often we open up a service where we offer name changes, account resets and server transfer but we currently do not have that running. We last did one in July/August, the thread can be found here so unfortunately you not long missed out on it. There is no ETA on when we will do another one as there isn't currently one planned but we will announce it on the forums and on the official pro discord server when we do.
