i was talking to the spirit-seer Esmeralda and i pressed on my zapdos to reroll she asked me what stat i want to keep .. obviously i wanted speed but i was making sure and talking to friends then the server crashed .. when i try again now it says i have done all i can for you .. she didnt change a single iv .. and it counted as she helped while my zapdos was always like that .. please help

*note* i didn't press speed before the crash .. the menu was ahead of me before the crash but i didn't choose .. server crashed before i choose.

So what now? I’ve been waiting 2days no answer or no comment from any mod ?
