As i could see using our tools you have a lot of pokemons, so for that i would like to ask you for a longer explain of what happened. You missed some pokemons?

well what im trying to explain is.... its been 3 years since i left the game.. then i wanted to play again... this when im trying to log in... there's notification asked for merging system... i dont really understand which is red or blue.. and the platform has the silver and gold... so im confuse....,so what i did i just press the first option merging and i lost all my pokemon.. i mean "where my pokemon?" did i do anything wrong? which log in should i use?

I'm sorry for the delay and the inconvenience.

After checking your account it seems as if you have correctly and successfully merged your blue/red (red was your main) progress into the Silver Server.

Could you please confirm that your issue has been solved? All your Pokémon should be into your Silver Server account.
