I finished the first part of the darkrai quest, yet kaguya did not appear.

The same for the rapidash mount, the npc is nowhere. How can I fix that?

Hi ryuck666, Kaguya has been removed from the event for this year, same for the rapidash mount. The CS lead announced this on discord when the event was released. If you are not on the pro official discord channel I advise you to join it as it is a good place to get the latest pro news and announcements.
