Hi, My Wartortle is lvl 37 and is not evolving to blastort

 

Hello @SchnitzelFreak1 .

 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.

 

Have you tried Restarting your client, and leveling up again? If you not, can you try letting your Wartortle be defeated in battle once to lower the happiness, then try and level him up again?
