Hello there. It's normal since Kaguya boss has been removed. The following have been removed along with it.

 

-Fairy Mimi Halloween Rapidash Mount quest removed (for now)

-Mayors no longer use Mega or Lvl 120 Pokemon

-Zetsu removed

-Frenzy Plant / Blast Burn / Hydro Cannon tutor removed
