Hi Good day Admins, I want to report some bugs that I encountered, I finish all the quest for part 1 and part 2 of the Halloween party. I didn't catch darkrai when his weakens so I leave the castle to put my synchronize poke to catch darkai and when going back to alucard castle this message appeared. i hope its fixed soon.

I like to add Halloween boss bug I already beat him but he didn't give me any rewards when disappeared

Hi admin I finally catch my darkai thank you, but the Halloween boss didnt rewards me when I beat him.

I also have a mistake to fix it

I assume by halloween boss, you mean Horon in Dark Valley?

He only resets Dark Realm/Darkrai if you failed to finish/catch it respectively.

You will get only a reward if you managed to win against him wihtout any of your Pokemon getting fainted.
