You need to beat Horon with all your pokes alive (so no faint allowed), then you get the chance to battle Rapidash

Yeah, in your video, he says 'Haha! Your Pokemon are vivacious as ever! I shall use their power to restore my lord to the physical world!'. This indicates he reset either the dark realm or Darkrai. it looks like you beat the Dark Realm but did not capture Darkrai

I caught already and talk with Rapidash again and still can't fight.

It is not from talking to the Rapidash there. It is after the Horon battle. you have to talk to and beat Horon after you beat theDark Realm and caught Darkrai.
