Spikehellsing Posted November 8, 2019 Share Posted November 8, 2019 Ok, so I have been trying to log into the pro client and i just get told "invalid username or password" also, it is worth noting that the same username and password work when logging onto the website. i have gone as far as to reset my password, and redownloaded the client. help? One which contains only numbers and letters. Good luck. Hope this works. Yes, it turns out the password i was originally using was to complex for the system and thus was the problem. it is silly to me that passwords can only be this way, but it is what it is.
