HI !

 

I have lag or bug after 5 min of play , I think is a problem with unity

I've never has this probleme before the last udpate

 

Help me!!!!!!!

Hi Winni93, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing. Can you please provide as much information regarding the issue as you can. It is always around 5 minutes? What happens with the issue? Does any message pop up? Is there any other information you can provide

When i launch the game , i've this message.

So i use the shortcut with " -force-glcore" and i can launch the game but after 5 min the game crash and quit or lag and i can continue the game but it's not enjoyable

Windows 10

 

Create a shortcut for pro and name it whatever you like. Right click your shortcut and goto properties, when you get there you will find a textbox that says "Target" and then the location of the PRO exe you created a shortcut for.

What I want you to do is at the end of it, type -force-d3d11, hit apply and run the shortcut. Let me know if this works and if you can play lag free, if not we'll have to try one of the longer and more time consuming fixes to see if they work.

The first thing we suggest to do in these cases is to delete all the old pro files and folders that you have on your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles) and the trashbin, and then redownload the latest client from here: PRO CLIENT DOWNLOAD.

 

When redownloading the game disable your firewall, sometimes firewalls can cause problems with the game while playing, downloading or installing. Once you've installed pro again, turn your firewall back on and then go into it's setting and add an exception to it for pro

 

Other possible solutions to these sort of issues:

  • Run the game in compatibility mode
  • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers
  • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus
  • Update your Windows Version
  • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space
  • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
  • Clear out cache: Scan your computer and clean cache.
