Alucard castle final floor bug?

Hello, I was on the final floor of the alucard castle and dced during the darkrai fight. When i came back to the area i wasnt allowed to leave by a "magical force" or something like that. I also tried beating horon to reset it (from what i hear he gives a second chance for darkrai) and nope nothing with the same issue of not being able to leave. Im being told this is a bug and not scripted so yeah

I resetted Alucard in Alucard Castle 3F for you.

You should now be able to interact with him again and if you meet the requirements, to enter the Dark Realm.

Could you please confirm that?
