By your thread title "How to reset" and you mentioning "the silver one" I assume you mean server data?

 

If so currently account resets are not possible at this current moment. You have unfortunately miss one. To show you an example of what the thread looks like, you can click here. As well as this if you have not already, you can join the Official PRO Discord where the next opening time will be opened. Do remember there is No estimated time of arrival for the opening.

 

Furthermore I would like to include alternatives if you feel like this may be a little long.

 

▪︎ You can always create another account, do remember you can have only maximum 4 accounts and each account a different Email. Make sure to read the rules to not forget this limit.

 

▪︎Logging into the other server which I assume you might already have data for it or you only want to only play on Silver to begin a new story.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we can not reset your account, this is because time to time we open a thread for those users who want get a Rename, Server transfer or Reset of account.

For this i would like suggest you join our official DISCORD SERVER to be informed of the upcoming updates or when this thread will get open again.

If you just want get reset and you dont mind the account you can create another account to start the game again, but please keep in mind you only can have up to 4 accounts and each account must have a different email of the other accounts.
