Pvpking1 Posted November 13, 2019 Share Posted November 13, 2019 There isnt a tm sellr or a tutor of that move, and all pokes that learn that move by tutor on the other pokemon games wont can learn it . I tried if on daycare/egg moves togekiss could lear it but it cant. I think that move must have a tutor or tm seller, can be the new meta.
