PVP Problem with Rotom-Wash Volt Switch

Featured Replies

Hello, I'm a long-time PRO player and avid PVP player and I just came across something in a PVP game that almost made me lose.

I tried to Volt Switch to kill the other Pokemon, but couldn't because it was my last Pokemon and I had nothing else to switch into.

That game should have been mine because Volt Switch killed my opponent's last Pokemon.

Also to note, in the traditional games, you use Volt Switch and pick the Pokemon you want to switch into on two separate turns.

In PRO, you are both forced to use the attack AND pick what you want to switch into on the same turn.

If this can be fixed somehow, I would appreciate it greatly.

Thanks

Pretty sure that this is a known bug. I guess you gotta just wait until it gets fixed or comes with the new Battle UI. :)

No amount of money ever bought a second of time

the thing is I faced an NPC once and it had volt switch and it was the only pokemon I was facing yet it was able to use volt switch freely, so i dont really know why its not coded for the players yet coded for the NPC

Greetings, @c0mp

Sorry for the inconvenience.

i would like inform you the Developers are reworking the Battle-PVP code from scratch right now, this is not an easy work so it can take a little. They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. If you would like be informed in the latest upcoming/new updates i would like suggest you join in our DISCORD SERVER there you can find a channel called #announcements where you can check the upcoming information or events.

However, there is no ETA when this PvP update will come. If you would like further information about this i would like suggest you have a look this THREAD.

Please, do not hesitate in ask if you have more doubts, i will be glad to help you.

Have a great day,

Nezuko
