Sorry for the inconvenience.

The reason of why pikachu doesnt learn endeavor in PRO is because pikachu could learn endeavor in past generations and after some generations that move was removed from Pikachu's moveset. And pikachu doesnt learn that move, it was Pichu, pichu could learn Endeavor in Gen 4, but this move was removed at Gen 5, and you have to keep in mind we try to have all the moves or the PVP usage at Gen 7. Thats why pikachu has Endeavor in ShowDown. I hope you understand it.
