Merged Red/Blue Account Via Dashboard Can't Login Still

I went through the process of merging my red and blue, everything appears to be fine it shows that the merge happened in the dashboard,

the different play time and additional informational are all correct but i still can not sign into the silver server. I can sign into the gold server

but the silver server claims my username and password is wrong, help ty!

If you have recently just merged and Still are unable to login you must reset your password. This is generally the case after you have merged.

I am sorry for the caused inconvenice.

 

What the user @Waleed1301 said is indeed right. If you've recently merged and you can't login the game a common issue is that you've to change your password.

You can change your password HERE. Please, make sure that your password is in alphanumerical order (characters allowed from A to Z and 0 to 9).
