Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm glad to inform you that you didnt lose anything. The only thing you need to do is merge your account from RED Server, to SILVER Server, as i could see that was your main server time ago. To merge this account from Red server to Silver server you can do it through the DASHBOARD, if you have more doubts about how to merge or why this was done you can have a look to our guide of how to merge an account HERE.

If after the merge you can not log in to your account in Silver server you will need to synchronice your password through our option FORGOT PASSWORD.
