This is my 5th attempt in downloading and trying to extract the files to play the game, every file is extracted but the .exe files (the launcher) it just isnt there. I've tried re downloading, turning off my firewalls and even used files outside of the website and still no luck. What am i doing wrong?

I would suggest that you post a screenshot so that Staff can see what are the exact files extracted in the folder you put them in, or that you try to place them in an empty folder in your desktop. I was not able to replicate your issue at all.
