Sorry for the inconvenience.

i would like suggest you to delete the currently client you have and download it again to reemplace it in case the currently client have a corrupt files.

Regarding the refound of those 20k, unfortunately we can not give you back those 20k, this is because would be unfair for those users who got DC, client crashes during the ev's training and their refound got rejected. I hope you understand it.
