Thats roughly it, i suggested he seeks a mod's support but he couldnt cuz he couldnt even log in the site or forum to do that. The game asks him to verify email when he tries to log in in game, the thing is, his email got pirated long ago and he didnt think that it would damage his PRO account in anyway.
