Master ball problem

I think i lost my master ball after update from 30.11-1.12 which i got in Kanto story.

And my question is there any way to fix it or something?

Im 99% sure i hadnt sold or used it (would be too scared with confirmation popup)

Or could i ask for (if possible) backpack log check.

People say i cant get masterball from Kanto story but im sure it wasnt love ball it was much darker pink ball.

You can't get a Master Ball from story, but you can trade it from other players. You could've technically lost it after obtaining it from another player, so it is a possibility. Hope a staff member can help out :)

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing right now.

Unfortunately, the only possible way you can get a masterball from the story is in Johto, after getting all 8 Johto badges and speaking to Professor Elm, so you cannot get one during the Kanto story.

You can however, buy them from the pve /pvp shops.

 

I've also checked your trade logs, and it doesn't seem you've bought or traded a masterball from another player.
