Lo sentimos por el inconveniente.

Me gustaría sugerirle que cambie la resolución de su pantalla através de las opciones de windows.

Si no sabe como hacerlo le puedo explicar para Windows 10. Vaya al escritorio > Click derecho > configuracion de pantalla > Resolucion de pantalla, y ponga una mas baja.
