Note that this game is still continuously updating and certain crashes might occur. If it was to bring the server to maintenance, you'll receive a warning, however in cases of random crashes, sadly it's impossible for us to warn since we can't predict them . For this case, it would be hard for us to compensate the loss, because it would be unfair for all the players who experienced the same problem. I'm sorry once more for your loss.
