I had just caught a xmas sentret when the server had a crash when I logged back in it was gone. Is there any compensation I could ask for? Unfortunately it didnt have an ID as I had just caught it.

If it was to bring the server to maintenance, you'll receive a warning, however in cases of random crashes, sadly it's impossible for us to warn since we can't predict them .

For this case, it would be hard for us to compensate the loss, because it would be unfair for all the players who experienced the same problem.
