My little brother played a long time ago on the red server before the server merge, he didn't do the dashboard thing and he couldn't log into the silver server today. He tried to get a new password here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forgot-password but it doesn't work, the wheel is rolling endlessly. Is there a solution to get it back ?

Hi Terreoak, your brother needs to go onto his dashboard and merge his accounts before he can play on silver server as he cannot play on the server on an old red/blue account without first doing that.

 

It's simple to do and only takes a few minutes. This thread explains how to merge an account and has screenshots as well to show where to go. The important thing for him to do is when merging the accounts is to select red as his main account. This will let him keep the progress he had on red server when he plays on silver.
