Hello,

 

I wanted to battle Lt. Surge but after I agreed to the fight he told me "an unexcepted error has occured" or something like that, then I talk to him again and he asked for battle again.

However the fight didn't start but the cooldown did.

this bug seems to appear inconsistently, so I forwarded it to the Devs.

Since you lost the chance to batlle Lt. Surge during the time you made this post and the 1st January,

I resetted the cooldown for you.
