today i did 3x power up punch in pvp with my breloom and also it said atk rose (so i shouldve been at 2,5x atk) then he switched his ferro in and power up punch dealt like 30-40, so i assume this move isnt yet coded like it was announced recently and is still bugged.

Even though your calc was for eviolte Ferroseed there it should have dealt more. So seems to be bugged, didnt try it myself yet.
