Hello! I’ve been playing PRO since a really long time, I was on the last BETA before the official release. I had an account on Red Server, but there was a time when inactive accounts were being deleted (A really long time ago).

 

The thing is, at some point I stopped playing to focus on my studies and the servers changed from Red, Blue and Yellow to Silver and Gold, as I didn’t even know there was a forum (cause I don’t pay much attention) I never knew about the merge, so I tried to log in Gold instead of silver which causes the creation of a new account with my username.

Here was the part when I recalled about the inactive accounts being removed so I thought that maybe that happened to me. It never occurred to me that I logged in the wrong server so I started playing all over again thinking that my old account no longer existed.

 

A few days ago I asked to be transferred to Silver server, but until my transference was approved I kept on playing in Gold. And here comes the issue…

I logged in in Gold and suddenly there were different pokemons on my team, I had a different costume, less money and I wasn’t on the city I last was when I played in the morning. Looking into it, I discovered THAT IT WAS MY OLD ACCOUNT. Apparently when I asked for a transference, both accounts were switched.

 

My question is, is there a way to combined both accounts into one? I mean pokemons, items, money, I kindda have the same progress (more or less) in both accounts but since I’m using the one in silver I wanted to know if there was a way to combine the both of them.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

When you ask for a server transfer your account from Silver Server goes to Gold Server and vice versa, before the server transfer your account get merge, this mean your accounts from RED and BLUE Server gets merged into Silver Server. Unfortunately we can not merge your account from Gold Server and Silver Server and keep it in Gold Server. I hope you understand it.
