I hope gm help me because i cant evo my riolu although its max happiness. And i never knew that i must level up it at daylight. I ask somebody and they said i do it at night. And i dont know i cant use rcs to do it. I hope gms help me this once.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have deleveled your riolu to level 98, to evolve riolu need to have 255 happiness and level up during day time: From 10:00 to 19:00 in game.

If after try this riolu continue dont evolving i would like suggest you let your riolu get defeat by a wild pokemon to make him decrease his happiness, log out for a couple seconds, log in and try again.
