I'm in Sinnoh at the waterfall in Mt. Cornet and even though my Bibarel knows waterfall it isnt letting me go up

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.

 

It seems as though you have not defeated the Sunnyshore Gym Leader. The 8th Badge in Sinnoh is required to use Waterfall outside of battle, so to climb that waterfall, you will have to defeat Valkner and earn the Beacon Badge. Please continue on with the story as usual until then.

 

Please let me know when you receive the badge and if you are successfully able to climb the waterfall after receiving the badge. Also, please do not hesitate to reply!
