i send him a friend request expecting he accepted it i relogged and i cant reach him in trade/help/allchat etc.

Through our tools, a user by the name of Riitoox had traded you the Tangela with ID 27725466 on December 20th GMT +0. I recommend sending them a message on the forums, letting them know that you had lost contact with them, and continue to look for them in-game.

 

For the future, I recommend writing on a notepad or text file the name and Pokemon of customers that buy your services.
