In case nobody mentioned it before, to cheese the 2 kyurem battles and easily get the reroll ticket:

Get a lvl 17 Starly so that it knows Endeavor.
Lead it with a focus sash, attack with endeavor so that Kyurem attacks first with (most likely) ice beam. Your Starly will hang onto 1 HP, then quick attack after Kyurem got to 1hp due to Endeavor and you'll faint it in no time.
This will result you in both 50 Christmas tokens as a reroll ticket.

You will not.
If you beat him the second time you will get the coins though.
Next time use a cheese strategy like the one I stated: Starly holding Focus Sash, Endeavor and then quick attack at 1hp.

This guide is a bit outdated, this NPC was moved to Eindoak town. Which you can access by speaking to Sailor Drew at the Eumi Island Town docks.
