I'll recommend to add time limit for disconnected person nearly 30sec-1min so that he/she has chance for reconnection and will be saved from losing points

+1 I like the idea but time is the problem as it can be night or day which makes difficult to participate in the event

+1 And I think game should have dex or mega Pokemon as while you are in PvP you don't have data of mega Pokemon which is quite bit an disadvantage in PvP especially in PvP random as some alolan Pokemon have no encounters so no stats can be seen in them atleast make PvP dex in which we can see Pokemon stats It's something like gambling your luck in spd or def stats

-1 I don't think it's good to remove player like that to remove them pro staff can send an email to their respective account that they want to delete their acc or not Or pro staff can remove baned player who have not requested to unban within 1 year can be removed from pro
