Hi there! First af all, I would have posted this thread in PvP Rules but I don't know why I'm not allowed to. Well, my question is quite simple: there is a Wish tutor in this Christmas Event. Can I teach Wish to my Chansey (with Natural Cure) and use her legally in PvP Rankeds?

Good question. Should be allowed. I dont see any rule that would speak against it
