I am a new trainer and I just played for few hours, and there's no any reward when I won Brock. No experience and money. So I want to know is that happened to you guys?

If you have lost to brock prior to your achievement, no exp or cash reward will be given. This mechanic is available for all gym leaders.

depends on the gym leader, they also give more money than trainers. The further you proceed in the story the more money you'll earn.
