I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

 

I understand that you have said that you have tried previous methods, but can you confirm if you have tried the methods below?

 

1. Demote the one wanted to be promoted to Officer, to Initiate
   
2. Kick him from the guild
   
3. Invite him back
   
4. Try again to promote him to Officer.
   

If that shouldn't work then proceed and try this:

1. Pass the leadership to that person
   
2. Get kicked
   
3. Then reinvited and given leadership back
   
4. Then promote back to officer and that should work.
   

You can also try to use the commands instead of rightclick on the name of the player: /gpromote <Username> , /gdemote <Username> , /gkick <Username>

Unfortunately I tried all the methods included one u showed above, nothing work at all.

I hope u guys can take a deeper look on this case and fix it as well.
