Hey guys! I'd like to know if there is a Secret Power tutor coded in the game. If so, where is he/she?

Secret Power is not in thr list of "not coded moves/abilities" , so it must be coded , but is a ban from pvp if you use like this: Evasion Clause • Using +Evasion moves or -Accuracy reduction moves is forbidden.

 

The only way to teach this move to a pokémon is by getting access to Egg-Move-tutor (Located at Any breeding House at any region) or by lvl up on Pokémons that have on lvl up line.

- To get acess to Egg Move tutor , you need to defeat Daero Boss at Cerulean Cave.

Ok then! But I don't know why it would be a ban and how it's related to evasión clause.
