Hello, I've been playing pokemon for a few years now. I downloaded again yesterday and I found that most of my progress was erased. I remember playing one christmas event, catching a darkrai, finishing sinnoh and having a lot more pokemon caught and all that is gone I don't know where. I think the last time I played was a year and a half ago but still I want to know what happened to all my progress.

I was in the cave's club too and had many pokemon more. What should I do?

You need to merge your account from RED or Blue Server , at Dashboards , here.

 

After you do the merge, KEEP IN MIND YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE PROGRESS of the account u dont choose, so be careful by choosing the right server account you want to merge.

I was looking at the merge server, I do have one account in the Gold server but it doesn't show all the progress I've done.

I played much more than it shows, my pokedex is way lower than the one I had. Sinnoh region was done but now it's not.

I messaged the staff but with no success.
