You will have to go to your dashboard, which can be found here, and merge your Red and Blue servers together in order to access Silver. This is because the Red and Blue servers have been combined, and Yellow server became Gold server. "This thread" will explain everything you need to know and how to merge your accounts. Make sure that when you are merging, to select the server you don't want to lose your story progression on as your main server.
