Latios bug quest - Help me

Good Morning, I am trying to do the latios quest, I already have all the requirements, 344 evolutions, I did the jirachi quest, I did the benzebel videos step by step. However, I can't capture latios / latias. Please can you help ??

Based on the message the television is giving you, it seems as though that you still have yet to fight the Roaming Lati Twins that were meant to be fought during the Jirachi Quest for Seen Data. By looking at the locations at the LEGENDARY MEGATHREAD JIRACHI POST, you may find the locations of both:

You will need to find Latias first, then Latios. Once you find each Twin in One of these locations, you must defeat it's Mega Form. I would suggest bringing strong Pokemon along with you. Afterwards, you can follow the LEGENDARY MEGATHREAD EON TWINS POST in order to have a chance to catch one of the Twins!
