i am an old player from 2017 from red server. After i merged my account to silver server i have few pokemons i cant move from pc to team or from team to pc.

How can i fix this problem?

I am sorry for the confusion caused.

 

Through our tools, it seems as though that you are currently in the middle of the Hoenn Story, have not obtained the 8th Gym Badge from Hoenn. Can you confirm this?

 

Also, are the Pokemon you are attempting to grab from Kanto, Johto, or Sinnoh? If so, then the reason you cannot grab them is because they are Region Locked.

 

Pokemon from outside the region you are currently in cannot be put into your party, until you have defeated the 8th Gym from that Region. After defeating the 8th Gym from the region you are currently in, you will regain access to Pokemon from Regions whose Pokemon Leagues you have already defeated.
