I would like to inform you that the source of the issue isn't at our end but sadly at yours. This seems to be a known graphic card issue for some users, sadly we can't fix it at our end since it only happens for a small group of people. A way to prevent it from bothering you is to disable weather. Hope this informed you enough, if not feel free to ask questions.
