Kindly note that Hydreigon moves are not up to date. There are several moves missing and most importantly, it learn nasty plot at level 60 base on Smogon, pokedb & Serebii.

Please remember that PRO currently uses Gen 7 Movesets and Battle Mechanics where possible. Therefore, the new moves Pokemon received in Gen 8, such as Dragon Dance or Nasty Plot Hydreigon, are not currently available.

 

The developer's goals for PRO include being as accurate to the handheld games as possible, but there are current limitations to the code currently, such that some moves, abilities, and mechanics are not currently in the game or incorrectly coded, such as Mega Evolution or Doom Desire. As such, there will not be an ETA on the arrival of the 8th Gen movesets for certain Pokemon, such as Hydreigon. I hope you understand.
