I have a problem. My Clefable i forgot it need to study moonblast and moonlight before it evolve. So can u deleveling before it evolve to clefable . That's clefable. And thanks again for helping !!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

We can not de-evolve pokemon through our tools due to technical restraints, but i would like inform you that you can learn pre-evo moves going through the door behind the NPC's of the Daycare of Kanto, talking with the scientist will give you access to those moves again.
