I made an Smurf account and sent items there via mailbox but didn't start in gold server when I sent those items I only started in silver server in other account. when I got 3 badges I transferred my silver progress to gold server and checked my mailbox but I didn't receive anything. then I tried sending other things and they worked. This is because all mails have a sender and a receiver but not all Gold users have a Silver account when they did not merge their Blue and Red accounts yet. To avoid problems mails won't be transferred. TDLR: Your mails are still on Silver server. Sorry for the trouble. Efewalker Posted February 21, 2020 Author Share Posted February 21, 2020 I meant that I sent items to another account in gold server but the other account didn't start in gold server they only did in silver so I transferred the server to gold from other account but the mail wasn't there. When I transferred the servers did the item in mail go to silver now?
