cant find the fossil maniac in ruins of alph and have lots of claw and root fossils plz hel^p

Hello there, @DashCleanem.

 

I would like to inform you that the Claw and Root Fossil's can be reanimated in the Ruins Research Centre in the Ruin of Alph. In the image below, you can see what the building looks like.

When entering the building, you can find "Hoenn Expert Dolan". You will be able to use his service if you have the Evolved + Caught Data of Kabutops and Omastar, aswell as the caught data of Aerodactyl.

If you do not know how to Identify the Caught or Evolved Data. They can be seen in your pokedex.

Star = Having its evolved data.

Pokeball = Having its caught data.
