I am sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you. May you try going to Hannah in the Hoenn Pokemon League, and attempt to battle her with a Huntail with Your OT? Based on our tools, Oswald has been defeated, so your next stop should be Hannah. Let me know the results when you reach Hannah.
