i am trying to understand the situation/problem as good as possible.

 

Was this after the recent client update? or did this happen before aswell?

Also, did you try reinstalling the game from here.

 

Any possible way you can make a screenshot from the error message?

It is not possible only appears once as I understand it is a donation. I still thought it was from some staff but just said there system
