I was doing battle with karyyy then after the match i lost my scarf. Karyyy is my last that iv used it plz help me retrieve my item and he wont respond to me when i pm him and he closed his chat as well

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to ask you what you did in this battle before lose the Scarf since we can not recreate this bug.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our testers had pass hours trying to recreate this bug and they couldnt do it, so unfortunately we can not recover your scarf since is not on karyyy's account neither i hope you understand it.

 

Since we can not offer more support in this case i will proceed to lock this thread.
